DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition. Relevez l’ID de l’édition, qui est une forme abrégée du nom de l’édition. Exécutez ensuite DISM /online /Set-Edition:<edition ID> /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula, en fournissant l’ID de l’édition et une clé de produit commercialisé. Le serveur redémarre deux fois.

I guess you are struggling because the documentation is a bit vague on this.
You are wanting to change the edition from "ServerStandardEval" to be "ServerStandard", as this is what converts from evaluation to licensed.
So do this:
DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula
